Deposit of $200. due when make reservation Include a picture of your RV so owner can approve if older than 10 years.
Non Refundable Deposit Policy
Should a RV-er cancel his reservation or not arrive on the reserved arrival date, the $200. Deposit will become non-refundable.
A weekly RV-er arriving on the reserved arrival date will have his deposit applied toward his rent.
A monthly RV-er arriving on the reserved arrival date will have his deposit held until time of departure. At that time, the deposit will be refunded providing all the rent is paid current and the RV space is left in the condition it was rented: no trash left or damage to space.
Payments are due up front when arrive. First payment will be prorated if need be. Monthly RV-ers will then pay on the first of each month after that. Late fee of $10 per day after the first!
If not paid in full by the 5th, you will have to leave! At that time - your electricity will be shut off.
